This role combines food preparation, customer service, and efficient operations to deliver delicious meals and memorable service on the go. As a Food Truck Operator, you'll manage daily food service activities, ensure food safety standards are met, and create a welcoming environment for our customers. Your energy and culinary skills will drive the success of our mobile food business while providing an exciting and fast-paced work environment. Duties Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently, maintaining high quality and presentation standards. Safely transport, set up, and close down the food truck. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including kitchen equipment, and food handling areas. Ensure food safety compliance by following proper handling procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety management protocols. Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant operations with a focus on quick service environments. Exceptional time management skills to handle high-volume orders efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills to create positive customer interactions. Qualifications Food service or customer service experience preferred Food Handler Card/health card as required Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Strong communication and customer service skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time and lifting/moving supplies Valid driver's license required if the position involves driving the truck
