Responsibilities

Safely operate your personal vehicle—cars, minivans, or SUVs—to deliver packages across designated routes. Load and unload packages using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment. Follow route instructions meticulously to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. Use mobile devices for route navigation, delivery confirmations, and communication with dispatch teams. Handle lifting and manual tasks with safe lifting practices to move packages Maintain accurate delivery records, complete delivery logs, and report any issues or delays promptly. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring packages are delivered in good condition and addressing recipient inquiries professionally. Skills Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations involving material handling equipment operation. Strong knowledge of manual transmission vehicles and safe driving practices. Ability to handle heavy loads with manual handling techniques and adhere to safe lifting practices. Experience in adhering to traffic regulations, DOT (Department of Transportation) Excellent route driving skills with the ability to navigate efficiently using mobile devices or GPS systems.
