Yes Job Description Suncoast Drivers is seeking an experienced Class A CDL Delivery Driver for a local wine and liquor delivery position. This is a physical, hands-on delivery job requiring drivers to safely deliver wine, liquor, and beverage products to bars, restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, convenience stores, liquor stores/package stores, and other retail accounts .

REQUIREMENTS
This is an extremely physical delivery position. The driver must be physically capable and willing to handle, unload, and deliver 500+ individual cases of liquor and beverage products on a daily basis. Recent case-by-case delivery experience is
REQUIRED.
Food and beverage delivery experience is highly preferred. Candidates with recent case-by-case delivery experience within the past 2 years will be considered. Drivers will be responsible for manually handling product, using a pallet jack and hand truck/dolly , bringing cases of product into customer locations, and placing merchandise in designated storage or account areas. Responsibilities Deliver wine, liquor, and beverage products to assigned customer accounts. Make deliveries to bars, restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, convenience stores, liquor/package stores, and retail locations . Safely load, unload, handle, and transport hundreds of cases of product daily . Use a pallet jack, hand truck/dolly, and other delivery equipment to safely off-load merchandise. Bring product into the customer's store and place merchandise in the appropriate storage or designated account areas. Sort merchandise by invoice and ensure correct product is delivered to each customer. Check in product with customers using a handheld computer . Receive payment for goods delivered when required. Check in returned goods with Driver Check-In. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections . Complete all required paperwork, including DOT logs and Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) . Communicate with dispatchers and routers regarding delivery schedules, delays, arrivals, equipment issues, and route changes. Plan trip logistics and obtain required transportation documents. Ensure all cargo is properly loaded, secured, and transported in compliance with safety requirements. Follow all company safety procedures, DOT regulations, Alcoholic Beverage Control regulations, and traffic laws . Report accidents, incidents, delays, or equipment problems to dispatch. Maintain a clean, organized, and smoke-free delivery vehicle. Provide professional, safe, and courteous customer service at every stop. Maintain a neat, clean, and properly attired appearance in accordance with company standards. Work safely at all times and properly utilize required safety equipment. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid CDL Class A license required. Recent case-by-case delivery experience is required . Food and beverage delivery experience strongly preferred. Experience delivering wine, liquor, beer, beverages, food, or other high-volume products is highly preferred. Must be comfortable performing heavy physical labor throughout the entire workday . Must be able to handle and deliver 500+ cases of product per day . Experience using a pallet jack, hand truck/dolly, and handheld delivery computer is preferred. Must have strong customer service and communication skills. Must be able to safely operate a Class A day cab and dry van . Must follow all DOT, safety, traffic, and company regulations. Closed-toe footwear is required. Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes are preferred. Schedule & Compensation $28.00
