This is a physical, fast-paced position that requires professional driving skills, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently while representing the FedEx brand. Compensation $950 - $1,100 per week based on experience Overtime pay for hours worked over 40 per week $2,000

Sign-On Bonus:

• $1,000 at 9 months
• $1,000 at 1 year
• Must remain employed through each date to receive payment Schedule Start time around 8:00 AM until route completion (typically 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM; may be later during higher package volume) Monday through Friday required Saturdays and Sundays required during Peak Season (November-January) Rotating 7-day schedule availability is expected during peak season Work Location Report daily to the Maspeth FedEx Ground Terminal Deliver throughout Queens, NY Minimum Requirements At least 1 full year of commercial driving and delivery experience within the last 3 years (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon, Fresh Direct, etc.

) CDL not required Valid driver's license with a safe driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years) Must meet DOT requirements for drug and alcohol safety Final candidates must meet FedEx Ground driver eligibility standards, which may include motor vehicle record review and standard employment screening, in accordance with applicable laws Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 150 lbs with or without assistance Able to work in all weather conditions, drive for extended periods, and walk up/down stairs Responsibilities Safely operate a FedEx Ground step van or box truck Load, scan, sort, and deliver approximately 150 packages per day Follow assigned routes using GPS Deliver to residential and commercial locations Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers Record deliveries and pickups using a handheld scanner Follow all DOT, FedEx Ground, and company safety standards Benefits 401(k) with company match 5 paid sick days per year (after 120 days) Paid holidays (after 120 days) Paid vacation (after 1 year) Health insurance is not currently offered Equal Opportunity Employer Gen Two Distributors Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
