Our Delivery Associates are employed by Hot Route LLC and deliver packages to homes and businesses throughout the day to complete route within a 10 hour shift. What to Expect- Package delivery is a physically demanding position. Drivers must be prepared to maintain a safe and steady working pace throughout the day to complete the route within a 10 hour shift.

This position requires employees to:

Frequently enter and exit a delivery van Walk, bend, reach, climb stairs, and lift packages throughout the shift Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds Work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and other changing weather conditions Work inside the confined cargo area of a delivery van Drive for extended periods in different traffic conditions Work independently while meeting safety, quality, and delivery expectations The work can be challenging, but it also provides a sense of accomplishment and pride by delivering an essential service to the community. Delivery Driver Responsibilities- Safely operate a non-DOT-regulated company delivery van Deliver packages to homes and businesses Load and unload packages from the delivery van Deliver packages weighing up to 50 pounds Follow assigned routes and customer-delivery instructions Use a handheld device for navigation and delivery information Interact with customers and the public professionally Follow all company safety/policy procedures Maintain reliable attendance Report to every scheduled shift on time and prepared to work Keep the delivery van clean Report all safety, damage, and maintenance concerns immediately

Delivery Driver Requirements:

- Must be at least 21 years old Must have a valid driver's license Eligible to work in the U.S. No CDL required Must be eligible to work in the United States Must be able to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Able to pass a drug & background check Schedule Shifts begin at 11 AM Approximately 10-11 hours per shift, including breaks Full-time employees generally work four days per week Part-time employees generally work 2-3 days per week Open availability is required during Peak Season Applicants must be available to work weekdays and weekends as scheduled At least one weekend day—Saturday or Sunday—is required Workdays may change based on route volume and operational needs Shifts are available seven days per week
