Approximately three days per week; schedule may vary based on delivery needs About ICH Industries ICH Industries LLC is a Native-owned, New York State-licensed cannabis processor and distributor seeking an experienced, dependable, and professional Delivery Driver. This is more than a standard driving position. Our drivers are trusted with regulated cannabis products, high-value customer orders, company vehicles, required documentation, and, at times, customer payments. We are looking for someone who understands that responsibility and can represent ICH Industries professionally throughout New York State. What You'll Do Safely transport cannabis products, supplies, and company materials to approved locations throughout New York State Complete required pre-trip vehicle inspections before operating a company vehicle Complete post-trip inspections when vehicle concerns or maintenance issues arise Verify orders, manifests, route information, and delivery documentation before leaving the facility Maintain secure custody of regulated products throughout each route Confirm deliveries are made only to approved and properly authorized locations Obtain required signatures, receipts, and delivery documentation Follow all company procedures regarding the acceptance or rejection of electronic manifests Collect and safeguard approved customer payments when assigned Communicate delivery delays, account concerns, route changes, vehicle issues, and discrepancies promptly Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers Keep company vehicles clean, organized, fueled, and ready for use Report mechanical or safety concerns immediately Assist with loading and unloading customer orders Follow assigned routes while responding appropriately to weather, traffic, and changing road conditions Comply with all company policies, transportation requirements, and New York State cannabis regulations Complete additional delivery- or warehouse-related duties as assigned Travel Requirements Must be comfortable with long-distance driving Must be available for regular routes throughout New York State New York City travel may be required weekly or every other week Occasional overnight travel may be required Drivers must remain within New York State while transporting regulated cannabis products What We're Looking For Previous professional delivery or commercial driving experience preferred Valid New York State driver's license Clean and responsible driving record Ability to safely operate company delivery vehicles Strong attention to detail and documentation Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable being responsible for high-value inventory and customer payments Ability to remain professional during long routes, delays, and changing schedules Familiarity with basic vehicle care and the ability to recognize potential maintenance concerns Ability to lift, carry, load, and unload products safely Ability to use mobile applications for inspections, routing, communication, and documentation Must be at least 21 years old Must be able to satisfy all requirements associated with working in New York State's regulated cannabis industry Compensation $22.00 per hour ICH Industries LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
