Company Overview Hudson Regional LTC Pharmacy is the premiere provider of long term care pharmacy services in the Hudson Valley, specializing in the care of the developmentally disabled and others requiring ongoing care. Summary We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team at Hudson Regional LTC Pharmacy. The Pre-Delivery/Custodial Technician reports to the Delivery Manager who coordinates to make sure Hudson Regional LTC Pharmacy exceeds customer expectations . Pre-Delivery (as directed by Delivery Manager): Monitor pre-delivery queue Scan and maintain accuracy for items bagged for delivery Pull items from warehouse/bulk: enterals, diapers, gloves, etc. (when needed) Print packing lists, close delivery bags, ensure all items to be delivered are in the correct bag. Have knowledge of items that are going out for delivery Communicate with Management and other departments to assure customer satisfaction Deliver orders to customers as needed. Ensure cleanliness of all areas on a daily schedule (custodial duties are listed below). Custodial Keep all areas of building free of clutter. Sweep and mop all floors. Vacuum carpets. Clean bathrooms and breakroom. Empty trash in all areas. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience in commercial driving or delivery preferred. Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively. Reasoning Ability Must demonstrate proficiency and productivity in a fast paced environment with unscheduled interruptions while maintaining acceptable judgment, responsibility, and assumption for decisions, consequences, and results. Applicant must demonstrate good organization, time management, and communication skills. Occasionally an adjusted work schedule is required to accommodate company needs. Technology Skills Must demonstrate proficient ability and practical knowledge of personal computer use. Additionally, the pre-delivery/custodial technician must demonstrate timely and proficient use of company specific software programs and any other handheld or technology tools as required for completing job tasks.
