Job Description
CDL Truck Driver - Organics Collection $30.00/Hour | Part-time | Home Every Night We're looking for a dependable, safety-focused CDL Truck Driver to join our growing Organics Collection team. If you're a reliable driver who takes pride in providing excellent service and wants to be home every night, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you'll operate a dump-style collection truck with a rear cart tipper, collecting food scraps and other compostable materials from residential and commercial customers. You'll play an important role in helping keep our communities clean while supporting sustainable waste solutions. What We Offer

- Safely operate a dump-style truck equipped with a rear cart tipper.
- Complete assigned collection routes safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Collect food scraps and other compostable materials from residential and commercial customers.
- Safely load, transport, and unload collected materials.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Report maintenance or mechanical issues promptly.
- Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and traffic laws.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route updates and customer needs.
- Maintain a clean vehicle and provide professional, courteous customer service. Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Clean driving record.
- Experience operating waste, recycling, roll-off, dump, or other commercial trucks is preferred but not required.
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving collection carts as needed.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
