Furniture Delivery & Installation Specialist Carls Wholesale Furniture Warehouse - New Hartford, NY Join a Team That Delivers More Than Furniture Carls Wholesale Furniture Warehouse is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, dependable Furniture Delivery & Installation Specialist to join our team. If you have experience delivering and assembling furniture, enjoy working with customers, and take pride in doing things the right way, we'd love to meet you. This is more than driving a truck—we're looking for someone who represents our company in customers' homes with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail. What You'll Do Deliver furniture throughout Central New York Carefully unload, assemble, and professionally place furniture inside customers' homes Perform basic assembly of bedroom, dining room, living room, and occasional furniture Inspect merchandise before delivery for quality and completeness Protect customers' homes using floor runners, blankets, and proper handling techniques Remove and dispose of packaging materials after setup Work safely as part of a two-person delivery team Communicate professionally with customers and office staff Maintain a clean delivery truck and equipment Represent Carls Furniture with a positive attitude and exceptional customer service What We're Looking For Previous furniture delivery or moving experience strongly preferred Experience assembling furniture is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills Ability to safely lift and move furniture weighing 100+ pounds with a partner Dependable with excellent attendance Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Performance bonuses available Overtime opportunities Paid vacation and holidays Employee discounts Stable, year-round employment Modern delivery equipment Supportive family-owned company with an excellent reputation Why Work for Carls?
