Polsinello Lubricants is looking for a motivated, dependable person to join our growing Automotive Dealer Supplies (ADS) division. Our ADS division supplies car dealerships, detail shops, automotive repair facilities, body shops, and other automotive businesses with the products they use every day. We also operate a growing e-commerce business through AutomotiveDealerSupplies.com , shipping automotive products to customers throughout the country. This is not your typical warehouse or delivery driver position. One day you may be making local deliveries to dealerships and checking in with customers. The next, you may be receiving inventory, fulfilling online orders, working alongside our outside sales representative, or helping a customer determine what products they need. For someone who likes cars, enjoys talking to people, and wants an opportunity to grow , this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Local Delivery & Customer Support Deliver automotive and detailing products to customers primarily within approximately 1½ hours of our Rensselaer facility Build relationships with dealership, repair, and detailing customers Check in with existing accounts along your delivery route to see what products they may need Work collaboratively with our outside sales representative to support and grow accounts Provide friendly, professional customer service while representing Polsinello Warehouse & Inventory Pick, stage, load, and verify customer orders Receive incoming inventory and keep products organized and properly stocked Maintain accurate inventory counts Help manage inventory levels and communicate product needs to your manager Keep the ADS warehouse organized, clean, and efficient Load and unload deliveries safely and accurately E-Commerce & Shipping Pick and pack daily orders from AutomotiveDealerSupplies.com Process online orders and invoices Print UPS shipping labels and prepare packages for daily pickup Inspect products and packaging for accuracy and damage Help maintain an efficient and accurate online fulfillment operation Sales & Growth Opportunity There is also an opportunity for the right person to become more involved in inside sales and customer account development . If you're comfortable talking to customers, learning products, identifying opportunities, and helping grow the business, we'd love to develop those skills. Who We're Looking For You don't necessarily need years of warehouse experience. We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and personality.

Interested in cars, automotive detailing, dealerships, or automotive products Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers Dependable and self-motivated Able to manage their day without constant supervision Organized and detail-oriented, especially when it comes to inventory and orders Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Interested in learning products and potentially growing into a larger sales/customer-facing role Someone who takes ownership and notices what needs to be done

Requirements:

Clean and valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent Ability to occasionally lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds Ability to reach overhead, squat, kneel, bend, and perform normal warehouse duties Reliable transportation to our Rensselaer, NY facility Why Polsinello?
