Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to handle heavy lifting as needed. Duties Operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, in a safe and efficient manner. Scan, load and unload dry cleaning and laundry orders correctly without wrinkling orders. Navigate assigned routes effectively while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections to ensure proper functioning. Communicate with dispatch regarding any issues or delays encountered during deliveries. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients upon delivery. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience preferred. Experience with route driving and familiarity with local roadways is advantageous. Must be able to perform heavy lifting as required for loading and unloading orders. Proficiency in using delivery equipment is desirable. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for tracking deliveries accurately. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
