We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance & Furniture Delivery Driver to join our team. This position combines general facility and equipment maintenance with the safe delivery and installation of handcrafted furniture to customers. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, comfortable working with tools, and takes pride in providing professional service to customers. Key Responsibilities Maintenance Perform general maintenance and repairs around our furniture manufacturing facility and buildings. Maintain and repair basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lighting, doors, fixtures, and other building components. Assist with maintenance of shop equipment, tools, and machinery. Perform routine inspections and identify maintenance issues before they become larger problems. Help keep the factory, showroom, warehouse, and surrounding areas clean, safe, and organized. Assist with seasonal property maintenance, including snow removal, grounds work, and other outdoor tasks as needed. Work with outside contractors and service providers when specialized repairs are required. Follow all company safety procedures. Furniture Delivery & Installation Safely load, transport, unload, and deliver handcrafted furniture to residential and commercial customers. Drive company delivery vehicles, including box trucks and other vehicles as required. Carefully protect furniture, walls, floors, doorways, and customer property during deliveries. Assemble and install furniture when required. Communicate professionally with customers and represent Hunt Country Furniture positively. Obtain delivery confirmations and report any delivery issues or furniture damage immediately. Assist with loading and unloading furniture at the factory and customer locations. Travel throughout the Northeast and occasionally to destinations farther away, including overnight trips when necessary.

Pay:

$27.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
