As our Van Driver, you help patients arrive to care with dignity and on time —stepping in with adaptability wherever you're needed most. How You Will Make a Difference Transport patients between facilities, appointments, and aftercare providers following approved routes. Conduct pre‑trip inspections; maintain cleanliness and readiness of vehicles. Practice defensive driving and compassionate customer service; follow HIPAA and safety protocols. Assist patients with mobility and safe entry/exit as needed. Float between units/shifts to cover needs; learn new routines quickly. Build rapport fast with patients and teams while maintaining consistency of care. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with clean record; CDL/passenger endorsement preferred.
