• Full-time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery drivers/helpers to join our team.

It is key that both Driver/Helpers must know how to deliver and install appliances. Each team will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of installing and delivering appliances. If you have experience in field service and are serious about bettering not only our company but yourselves as well, we want to hear from you!

• Duties Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport products to customers' locations.

Assemble and install appliances as needed during delivery. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including schedules and customer interactions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Ensure that all delivered items are in good condition and meet quality standards. Follow safety protocols while handling refrigerants and other materials during deliveries. Skills Proficient in delivering and installing appliances Experience with refrigerant handling and compliance with safety regulations. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with field service operations, including scheduling and logistics management. Ability to assemble various appliances efficiently during delivery processes. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential for drivers.
