Taranto's Pizzeria | Lewis Center & Delaware, OH Drive for Taranto's — Fast Money, Great Team Taranto's is hiring delivery drivers for both our Lewis Center and Delaware locations. Between your base pay, per-delivery pay, tips, and our full-team tip share, most of our drivers earn $18-$22/hour on a busy shift. If you know the Delaware / Lewis Center / Powell area and you like being on the road, come drive for us. What You'll Do Deliver hot, correct orders to Taranto's guests quickly and safely Represent Taranto's at the door — warm, friendly, quick handoff Help in-store between deliveries (folding boxes, answering phones, running food to the window) Keep your vehicle presentable and route smart to hit our delivery time targets Handle cash and card payments securely Follow food safety basics and our delivery packaging standards What You Bring Valid Ohio driver's license Current auto insurance (proof required) Clean driving record(MVR check at hire) Reliable vehicle with heat and A/C Smartphone with data 18+ preferred Knowledge of the Delaware / Lewis Center / Powell / Sunbury area a plus Team player attitude — you're not just a driver, you're a Sauce Boss What You Get $8/hr base+ $3 per delivery + 100% of your tips + full-team tip share (~$0.75-$1/hr extra per shift) Realistic total: $18-$22/houron Friday/Saturday nights $250 Welcome Bonusat 90 days Uniforms, shift meals, referral bonuses Growth — Drivers who want more hours can cross-train on Frontline Crew or Kitchen Prep. Drivers who lead become Shift Leads. Family-owned, owners on-site, team cookouts ScheduleNights and weekends primarily. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights are where the tips are — availability those nights is required. Sundays and other days run counter-service or buffet, and we still deliver those shifts. Minimum 2 shifts/week. 3 driver openings per location. Early close means you're done at a reasonable hour —no 1am delivery runs here.
