The Sr. Delivery Marketing Specialist reports to the Delivery Marketing Manager and plays a pivotal role in strengthening our delivery ordering strategy. This role supports the continuous improvement and growth of the delivery channel by creating and executing delivery focused communications, analytical insights, and educational tools that help teams perform effectively in the field.
The Sr. Delivery Marketing Specialist partners closely with the Delivery Marketing Manager to plan, coordinate, and support both national and local delivery marketing initiatives that drive awareness, accuracy, and performance. This role also works hand in hand with key cross functional stakeholders, including Operations, Technology, and Marketing, to identify opportunities, implement targeted performance improvement efforts, and support the rollout of new processes or programs that enhance delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities Delivery Communications & Training:
Leads efforts to revamp delivery-related communications, analyses, and educational resources by updating training materials and partnering with field teams to customize content for individual franchise organizations, recognizing the regional nature of delivery operationsExternal Delivery Marketing:
Supports delivery campaign creative development of national and local third-party and first-party delivery marketing programs, inclusive of creative evaluation and execution, recaps and overall program evaluation and future planning.Operational Reporting & Growth Strategy Partnership:
Generates and analyze monthly delivery performance reports to identify trends at the franchise, DMA, and site-level. Collaborate with field teams to implement targeted improvement initiatives that directly improve customer satisfactionBudget Management:
Supports multi-million-dollar WNAP budget management for delivery marketing, processes invoices and meets with finance partners quarterly to discuss budget goals and tracking.Pay Range:
$81,000.00 - $138,000.00 AnnuallyWhat we expect from youEducation:
Bachelors Degree required;A bachelor s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or related field. Three to five years of business analyst or marketing experience. Experience within third-party delivery or digital marketing as an employee, supplier or consumer. Project management Creative evaluation Budget management Ability to manage and coordinate complex projects independently, and as part of a cross-functional team Excellent written and oral communications skills Ability to take a complex concept and break it down into an easy-to-understand presentation or memo format. Understanding of the franchisee/franchisor dynamic Understanding of digital as a way of life; meeting consumers where they are to drive convenience and how that translates to increasing sales Positive attitude when presented with obstacles Proven ability to anticipate and solve problems.
