Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and reliable Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and other commercial vehicles with manual transmissions. Load and unload goods using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or by manual lifting when necessary. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals at multiple customer locations. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction upon delivery. Verify delivery orders, obtain signatures, and complete all necessary documentation accurately. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine inspections, and report any mechanical issues promptly. Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to ensure a secure driving environment at all times. Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a strong track record in route driving. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred but not required. Experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles with manual transmission. Ability to lift heavy items regularly and perform physical tasks such as moving goods or loading/unloading cargo. Familiarity with warehouse procedures, including use of forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
