Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring timely, safe, and professional delivery of vehicles and automotive parts to our customers. Your enthusiasm for excellent customer service and strong organizational skills will drive success in this fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Safely operate various types of vehicles, including commercial trucks, to deliver products to customers and retail locations. Follow established routes efficiently while adhering to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safety standards. Build positive relationships with clients through clear communication and professional conduct during deliveries. Assist with merchandising, loading, and heavy lifting using safe lifting practices to ensure proper handling of merchandise. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection reports. Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies throughout each shift. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience in commercial driving, route driving, or heavy vehicle operation. Strong math skills for accurate delivery documentation and pricing calculations. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices. Knowledge of DOT regulations, automobile transportation standards, and safety procedures. Retail store experience or customer service background is a plus for building client relationships. Organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
