Pay & Benefits Starting pay of $19.00 per hour Opportunity to earn up to $23.00 per hour after your first month based on performance Weekly pay via direct deposit Paid training Performance and teamwork bonus opportunities Health insurance available Paid time off after one year Advancement opportunities Company-provided delivery vehicle No CDL required Job Responsibilities Safely operate a company-provided FedEx delivery vehicle Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers Load and organize packages for efficient delivery Follow GPS navigation and assigned routes Complete delivery scans using a handheld device Perform daily vehicle inspections Maintain excellent customer service while completing deliveries Communicate with dispatch regarding any delays or issues Routes typically include 100-160 stops per day and require strong time management and a consistent work pace. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 150 pounds with a hand truck when necessary Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment Reliable, punctual, and dependable In accordance with FedEx Ground requirements, applicants must successfully meet all background screening requirements before employment.
