This position offers the flexibility of just two days a week—Wednesdays and Saturdays—making it ideal for individuals seeking a balanced work schedule. As a delivery driver, you'll be the friendly face representing our company, delivering goods efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Your role is essential in maintaining our reputation for reliability and professionalism on every route. Responsibilities Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks, vans, and personal vehicles. Load and unload mattresses, ensuring proper weight distribution and safe lifting practices. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes using mobile devices to optimize time and fuel consumption. Interact courteously with customers during deliveries, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns professionally. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before each shift to ensure safety and compliance with vehicle maintenance requirements. Assist with warehouse operations when needed, including moving inventory and operating material handling equipment. Skills Previous experience in warehouse operations or delivery driving is highly desirable. Familiarity with commercial driving, including operating box trucks, vans, or personal vehicles for delivery purposes. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude. Experience with route driving using mobile devices or GPS systems for navigation.
