If you are looking for flexible work, competitive daily earnings, and consistent delivery opportunities, this may be a great fit for you. Our current delivery routes are primarily in ZIP codes 45502, 45503, 45504, 45505, and 45506. Drivers are assigned daily routes based on available volume and are responsible for completing deliveries safely, accurately, and efficiently. You will work independently while staying in communication with dispatch and management when needed. This position is ideal for drivers who are dependable, responsible, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Pay and Schedule Pay:

$150 to $500 per day Compensation is based on route volume and completed deliveries Current rates are competitive and higher than many similar delivery opportunities in the area Good route density, helping drivers complete deliveries more efficiently First payment is issued during the third week, with weekly payments thereafter Flexible scheduling based on route availability Additional earning opportunities may be available depending on package volume and performance Duties and Responsibilities Pick up assigned packages from the warehouse Organize and load packages efficiently into your vehicle Complete assigned delivery routes accurately and on time Use a mobile delivery app to scan packages and complete deliveries Take clear and compliant proof-of-delivery photos Follow all delivery, return, and package-handling procedures Handle packages carefully to prevent damage or loss Communicate promptly with dispatch or management regarding delays, delivery issues, or exceptions Return undelivered packages to the warehouse as instructed Maintain a professional attitude with customers and warehouse staff Work independently while meeting daily delivery expectations Qualifications Valid driver's license Legal ability to drive in the United States Reliable personal vehicle suitable for package delivery SUV, van, crossover, or similar vehicle preferred Previous delivery or logistics experience is a plus, but not required Ability to lift and carry packages up to approximately 15 lbs Basic smartphone and navigation skills Responsible, punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable Good communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a daily route efficiently Benefits Flexible schedule Competitive earning potential Good route density Independent work environment Relocation assistance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application / Contact Please apply through Indeed.
