Job Description
Cylinder Delivery Driver Seeking a Full-Time Cylinder and Delivery Driver at Newark, Ohio location. Paid Training to obtain Class B CDL with Hazmat Endorsement. This driving position consists of Monday-Friday local, predictable routes. This driver will need to be able to lift at least 50 lbs regularly. Experience in the gas and welding industry is a plus but not a must. We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute gas products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Deliver a wide variety of compressed gas cylinders and welding hardgoods to different customers throughout a local city route. Follow routes and time schedule Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaints Collect payments Complete logs and reports Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Skills Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver Valid CDL driver's license or temporary permit with Hazmat Endorsment Ability to operate forklifts and trucks in a variety of weather and traffic conditions Excellent organizational and time management skills Good driving record with no major violations (background check required)
