Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Production & Delivery Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on, hybrid role that supports food preparation, beer production and canning, warehouse operations, and local product deliveries. The position generally follows a Monday-through-Friday schedule:

Truck loading and deliveries
Wednesday:

Thursday:

Truck loading and deliveries The ideal candidate is flexible, reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in different areas of the operation throughout the week. Responsibilities may vary based on production schedules, delivery needs, and business demands. Duties Prepare, measure, portion, and package food products according to established recipes and specifications. Follow food safety, sanitation, allergen-control, and proper handling procedures. Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary food production, packaging, warehouse, and delivery areas. Assist with beer production, canning, labeling, packing, and general brewery cleanup. Inspect packaging and labels for accuracy, quality, and proper placement. Safely load and unload products using proper manual-handling techniques and equipment such as pallet jacks and carts. Organize finished products in coolers, freezers, warehouse areas, and delivery vehicles. Verify delivery orders and ensure that the correct products and quantities are loaded. Load and secure cargo using proper weight distribution and safe lifting practices. Operate company delivery vehicles, including vans and box trucks, in compliance with traffic laws and company safety requirements. Conduct and document pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries to customer locations. Deliver frozen, refrigerated, and shelf-stable products while maintaining proper product temperatures and handling standards. Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries. Obtain delivery confirmations and maintain accurate invoices, logs, and shipment records. Assist with receiving, inventory organization, order picking, and general warehouse duties. Report vehicle, equipment, product-quality, or safety concerns to management immediately. Perform additional production, warehouse, sanitation, or delivery duties as business needs require. Experience Previous experience in food production, food preparation, packaging, warehousing, delivery driving, brewing, or manufacturing is preferred. A valid driver's license and a safe driving record are required. Experience operating vans or box trucks is preferred. Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, carts, and other basic material-handling equipment. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and safe lifting practices is preferred. Ability to follow recipes, production specifications, packaging instructions, delivery paperwork, and safety procedures. Ability to use a mobile phone or navigation device to follow delivery routes and communicate with customers and management. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management. Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a production team. Must be dependable, punctual, flexible, and willing to move between food production, beer production, warehouse, and delivery responsibilities. Ability to stand for extended periods and repeatedly bend, reach, push, pull, load, unload, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in production areas, warehouses, coolers, freezers, and outdoor delivery conditions. Must be available to work Monday through Friday, with occasional schedule adjustments based on operational needs. Pay:
