Competitive Hourly Pay + Overtime Opportunities Position Summary KLI Logistics Inc., an independent FedEx Ground service provider, is seeking reliable, safety-focused, and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team. Delivery Drivers are responsible for safely operating a company-provided delivery vehicle, delivering and picking up packages along an assigned route, and providing professional customer service. This is a fast-paced, physical position that requires dependability, good time management, and the ability to work independently throughout the day. Responsibilities Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle. Deliver and pick up FedEx Ground packages along an assigned route. Load, organize, and secure packages for efficient delivery. Follow established routes while making adjustments when necessary. Accurately scan and document package deliveries and pickups. Provide professional and courteous customer service. Follow all company, FedEx Ground, DOT, and safety procedures. Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain communication with dispatch and management throughout the workday. Properly handle packages to prevent damage. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle. Meet established safety, service, and delivery-performance expectations. Report vehicle issues, accidents, injuries, or delivery concerns immediately. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old . Valid driver's license required. Must have a safe driving record. Must successfully complete required background screening. Must be able to pass required drug screening. Ability to safely get in and out of a delivery vehicle repeatedly throughout the day. Ability to lift, carry, push, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment or assistance . Must be comfortable driving in various weather and road conditions. Strong customer-service and communication skills. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Delivery, courier, commercial driving, Amazon DSP, UPS, USPS, or similar experience is preferred but not required .
