Job Summary Rascal House in University Heights, Ohio is seeking reliable and efficient Pizza Delivery Drivers to join our team. As a delivery driver, you will be the face of our pizzeria, providing timely and friendly delivery service to our valued guests. Your role is crucial in ensuring guest satisfaction and promoting our commitment to quality service. Our drivers average $18+/hour including tips! Cash tips are paid daily! Duties Deliver pizzas and other menu items to guests in a timely and courteous manner. Ensure orders are accurate and complete before leaving the restaurant. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle. Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations. Assist with in-store tasks during slower delivery times, including taking orders, food preparation and packaging orders. Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly. Provide exceptional customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable vehicle with current insurance and registration. Strong knowledge of the local area and efficient navigation skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy. Previous delivery or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
