Local Delivery Driver — Small Package delivery in

Warren & Youngstown, OH Pay :

$800 - $2,000 per week

Full-time, Part-time, Weekend Warrior, or On-Call Job Description JVS On Demand is expanding our local delivery operations in the Warren and Youngstown areas, and we are looking for reliable, motivated drivers to join our team! Whether you are looking for a steady full-time gig, a flexible part-time schedule, or a way to stack income alongside your current job, we have a shift that fits your life. We operate 7 days a week. Package pick up times vary by pick up location. You can choose to pick up your route at our Cleveland warehouse or at our Youngstown warehouse.

Cleveland:

Be at the warehouse by 8:00

AM Youngstown:

Package pickup is between 11:00am - 1:00 PM All routes must be completed by 9:00 PM. The earlier you start, the more packages you can take—and the more you can make!

Compensation & Pay Structure Cleveland Warehouse Package Pickup:

$1.80 per stop

Youngstown Warehouse Package Pickup:

$1.50 per stop

Peak Season Potential:

Consistently earn up to $2,000 per week as volume ramps up!

Flexibility & Earnings Potential:

You are in control of your schedule and how much you earn! You can take as many or as few available packages as you desire, as long as they can be delivered by 9:00 PM. Examples of potential earnings are listed below. Taking the package amounts listed in the examples below is not required—we accommodate drivers who take as few as 40 packages per day to fit around personal commitments, school and other work schedules.

Standard Season:

Make a $1,000 per week minimum by delivering either 135 packages per day out of our Youngstown warehouse or 112 packages per day out of our Cleveland warehouse (based on a 5-day work week at roughly $1.50 and $1.80 per package, respectively).

Peak Season:

Ramp up your earnings to $2,000 per week by scaling your daily volume during peak periods, following the exact same competitive per-package rate structure. Set your goal and reach it!

Flexible Schedule Options Full-Time:

5-7 days per week

Part-Time:

3-5 days per week

Weekend Warriors:

Saturdays and Sundays On-Call:

Cover call-offs and driver days off. Available routes are posted directly in our work group chat for you to claim as they open up!

Responsibilities & Route Details Package Pickup:

Pick up packages from our distribution hub in either Cleveland or Youngstown.

Local Delivery :

Deliver packages to designated single zip code. The delivery areas are across Youngstown, Boardman, Austintown, Campbell, Warren, Niles, Girard, McDonald, Mineral Ridge, and surrounding areas.

Job Requirements Your Own Vehicle:

Must use your own reliable car, SUV, or van. Valid driver's license and auto insurance. Strong smartphone skills for navigation and tracking. Dependable work ethic and a customer-focused attitude. Apply today to secure your spot for the upcoming peak season and start earning on your own terms!
