Responsibilities:

Assist with food prep, setup, and breakdown of food truck each day Ensure all food items are stored properly according to food safety guidelines Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment Take customer orders with a friendly and professional attitude Work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-the-go environment Travel to different service locations outside city limits as needed

Requirements:

Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential Must have reliable transportation Ability to travel to various locations (sometimes outside city limits) Flexible availability - able to work any day between Monday and Sunday Food truck experience is a plus - willing to train the right candidate Able to lift 25-50 lbs and stand for long periods Team player with a great attitude and willingness to learn
