Full-Time Job Order #: 140889 Position Overview Stand-By Personnel is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver / Parts Runner to support a busy Tulsa operation. This position is responsible for making local parts deliveries to customers and job sites while ensuring orders arrive safely, accurately, and on time. This is not strictly a driving position. When deliveries are completed, the Delivery Driver / Parts Runner will assist with general warehouse responsibilities, including loading, unloading, organizing materials, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate has a clean driving record, strong customer service skills, dependable attendance, and a willingness to help wherever needed. Required Experience & Skills

• Valid driver's license required
• Clean driving record required
• Ability to safely operate company delivery vehicles
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to accurately follow delivery instructions
• Strong attention to order and delivery accuracy
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently while making deliveries
• Willingness to assist with warehouse responsibilities
• Previous delivery or warehouse experience preferred Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Make local parts deliveries throughout the Tulsa area
• Deliver materials to customer locations and job sites
• Review delivery paperwork before leaving the facility
• Verify products and quantities for accuracy
• Load materials into company delivery vehicles
• Secure products appropriately for transportation
• Follow assigned routes and delivery instructions
• Unload materials at customer locations
• Obtain applicable delivery confirmation or paperwork
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Report delivery discrepancies or concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
• Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies
• Assist with warehouse responsibilities when deliveries are completed
• Perform additional delivery and material-handling duties as assigned Delivery Responsibilities
• Review assigned deliveries before departure
• Confirm correct parts and materials are loaded
• Verify customer and job-site information
• Transport orders safely and efficiently
• Complete deliveries according to assigned schedules
• Handle materials carefully during loading and unloading
• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork
• Communicate delays or problems to appropriate personnel
• Represent the company professionally at customer and job-site locations Customer Service Responsibilities Drivers interact directly with customers and should be able to:

• Answer routine delivery-related questions

• Maintain a professional attitude throughout the workday Warehouse Responsibilities When deliveries are complete, associates may assist with:
• Loading and unloading materials
• Pulling and staging orders
• Organizing parts and inventory
• Moving products throughout the warehouse
• Preparing materials for upcoming deliveries
• Maintaining clean and organized storage areas
• General warehouse and material-handling duties Candidates should be willing to stay productive and assist the warehouse team rather than waiting for the next delivery assignment. Vehicle Responsibilities
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Perform basic vehicle checks as required
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Keep the vehicle free of unnecessary materials and debris
• Follow all company vehicle policies
• Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly Preferred Qualifications
• Previous Delivery Driver experience
• Parts Runner experience
• Local route delivery experience
• Warehouse experience
• Shipping and receiving experience
• Order-pulling experience
• Material-handling experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Experience making deliveries to industrial or construction job sites Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to repeatedly enter and exit a delivery vehicle throughout the workday
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to safely load and unload materials
• Ability to stand and walk during warehouse responsibilities
• Comfortable transitioning between driving and physically active warehouse work
• Ability to safely perform assigned duties while wearing required PPE Work Environment
• Combination of local driving, customer interaction, and warehouse operations
• Regular deliveries throughout the Tulsa area
• Frequent loading and unloading of parts and materials
• Hands-on warehouse responsibilities when not making deliveries
• Stable Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM schedule
