Job Description
Join Amazon as an Amazon Flex Package Delivery Driver in our Transportation & Logistics team. Using your own vehicle and smartphone, you'll pick up packages from local Amazon facilities and safely deliver them to customers on scheduled routes. You'll follow GPS directions, manage delivery timelines, and handle packages with care. This flexible, independent contractor role is ideal for reliable, customer-focused drivers who thrive on working independently, meeting deadlines, and providing an exceptional delivery experience every shift. Responsibilities Pick up packages from designated Amazon locations Deliver packages safely and on time to customer addresses Follow GPS navigation and delivery instructions via the Amazon Flex app Load, organize, and secure packages in personal vehicle Verify package information and handle basic delivery issues Provide professional, courteous customer interactions when required Adhere to traffic laws, safety policies, and delivery guidelines Maintain reliable smartphone, vehicle, and insurance as required by Amazon Flex Report delivery status and issues through the app Protect customer privacy and Amazon property at all times Required Skills Safe driving and navigation Use of GPS and mapping applications Smartphone app proficiency Time management and route planning Package handling and basic lifting Customer service communication Basic problem solving in the field Reading and following delivery instructions Vehicle organization and load management Compliance with traffic and safety regulations
