Concepts LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) , is hiring Delivery Drivers in Central Point, Oregon. As a JMB Concepts Delivery Driver, you'll operate a company-provided delivery van and deliver Amazon packages to homes and businesses throughout the local community. Delivery Drivers are employed by JMB Concepts LLC, not Amazon. No delivery experience? No problem. We provide paid training and the tools you need to succeed. JMB Concepts is a growing delivery company led by an experienced delivery operations leadership team . WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Delivery Driver employed by JMB Concepts LLC , you'll operate a company-provided delivery van and deliver Amazon packages throughout the local community. You'll spend much of your day working independently while remaining connected to JMB's supportive operations team.

Responsibilities include:

Safely operating a company-provided delivery van Delivering packages efficiently and accurately throughout your assigned route Loading and unloading packages Using a handheld device and GPS technology to navigate routes and manage deliveries Providing excellent customer service and interacting professionally with customers and the public Following traffic laws and company safety policies Working independently while maintaining communication with the JMB operations team Keeping your company vehicle clean and organized Working safely in varying weather and delivery conditions

SCHEDULE

Typical shifts begin around 10:45 AM . Shifts generally last 8-10 hours , depending on daily route volume and operational needs. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with operations running 7 days per week . Flexible scheduling opportunities are available depending on business needs and employee availability.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

At least 21 years of age Valid driver's license Authorized to work in the United States Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening Reliable attendance and punctuality Commitment to safe driving and safe work practices Positive attitude and customer-service mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team No previous delivery experience is required. Paid training is provided.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Applicants must be able to perform the essential functions of the Delivery Driver position, with or without reasonable accommodation , including: Handling packages weighing up to 50 pounds Frequently entering and exiting a delivery van throughout the workday Walking for extended periods and navigating stairs as required by delivery locations Working outdoors in varying weather conditions Performing the bending, lifting, reaching, carrying, and movement necessary to safely complete deliveries Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
