PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE

ServPro is seeking a motivated and detailed - orientated Xactimate Estimator / Administrative Support professional to join our restoration team. This position is writing accurate xactimate estimates using software for water mitigation, fire/ smoke, reconstruction , etc. , maintaining accurate and organized files, helping other team members in the office answering phones, communicating with customers, adjusters, insurance representatives, administrative documentation, data entry. Helping to proactively keep jobs moving toward final approval, billing, identifing missing information, reviewing job documentation, photos, other information or potential delays and promptly communicate them to management. Maintaining ServPro and insurance program documentation requirements. Being able to comfortably work in a fast paced restoration environment and manage multiple jobs and deadlines without allowing estimates, documentation, etc to fall behind. Need to be able to learn new computer programs as needed. Must have people skills, the ability to work well with others and have self motivation. This is a team effort Expected hours: 40.0 per week
