Our modern facility in Cornelius, established in 2020, supports our growth and expanding team. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shipping, Receiving, Delivery Specialist to join our team. In this vital role, you will manage the efficient movement of goods through accurate shipping and receiving processes, coordinate deliveries, and ensure inventory accuracy. Your proactive approach will help us maintain smooth warehouse operations and deliver exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Prepare and process outbound shipments using inventory management software Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and update inventory records Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and deliver orders Maintain accurate data entry of shipping & receiving logs using warehouse management systems Assist with order picking & packing to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and conducting stock counts Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations. Knowledge of shipping logistics and familiarity in warehouse distribution processes. Strong organizational and time-management skills Valid Drivers License and clean driving record Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Google Sheets Ability to perform basic math calculations for order quantities and measurements Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent data entry skills and customer service mindset Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely and stand for extended periods throughout the shift Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.0 - 42.0 per weekBenefits:
