Responsibilities Safely operate various delivery vans, adhering strictly to traffic laws and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations. Load, unload, and secure catering supplies, equipment, and food items using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks. Plan efficient delivery routes using mobile devices to ensure timely arrivals at multiple event locations. Interact professionally with clients upon delivery, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns with a positive attitude. Staff and work events as a server as needed. Requirements Proven experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in warehouse operations involving material handling and moving. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating commercial trucks, box trucks, or vans preferred. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles confidently; familiarity with mobile devices for route navigation is essential. Knowledge of safe lifting practices and manual handling techniques for heavy loads. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in diverse settings.
