About the Role The Part-Time Casual Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering fresh floral products to customers across assigned routes. This role plays a key part in ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining product quality, and delivering a positive customer experience. What You'll Do Safely operate a 16-foot refrigerated box truck to complete assigned delivery routes Ensure accurate and timely delivery of fresh floral products to customers throughout Western PA, Northern WV, and into OH Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries Load and unload products while maintaining product quality and organization Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic operational readiness Follow assigned routes and use maps or GPS/navigation tools to optimize efficiency Work efficiently in a warehouse and refrigerated cooler environment (approximately 34°F) Use equipment such as pallet jacks, box cutters, and RF scanners as needed Partner with warehouse team members to ensure order accuracy Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role requires the ability to work in a warehouse and refrigerated cooler environment (approximately 34°F) and to lift, carry, and move products up to 60 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. The position also requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing in and out of a truck, and extended driving periods.
