Job Description

PRIMARY FUNCTION
: Delivery Specialist plays a key role in elevating owner satisfaction and loyalty.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION/DUTIES
Must have expansive knowledge of the vehicle documentation. Good working knowledge with the dealerships CRM. Ability to recognize and study the latest vehicles and technology. Provide training and assistance to others in the dealership with the newest technology. Provide understanding of features and technologies to customers. Assist customers in sales and service.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
Extended periods of standing or sitting. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
