We're hiring full-time Delivery Drivers from Elizabethtown and surrounding communities to join our delivery operation based out of the Mount Joy terminal . This is structured employment—not an on-demand delivery app. You'll have scheduled shifts, hourly pay, a company vehicle, paid training, benefits, and an operations team supporting you throughout the day.

STARTING PAY

— $23.75 PER HOUR Our full-time drivers can expect: 40+ hours available weekly Typical shift approximately 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM Overtime paid after 40 hours Weekly direct deposit Paid training and onboarding Performance-based incentive opportunities Company delivery vehicle provided

NO PERSONAL VEHICLE FOR DELIVERIES

Report to our Mount Joy terminal for your scheduled shift. We'll provide the vehicle and equipment needed to complete your route, including: Company delivery van Navigation and delivery technology Route information Delivery equipment Training Daily operations support Your personal vehicle is only needed to commute to and from work. No CDL is required.

WHAT DOES A NORMAL DAY LOOK LIKE?

You'll begin your shift with the team at the terminal, prepare for your assigned route, and then head out in a company vehicle. During your shift, you'll: Safely operate a company delivery van Complete an assigned package delivery route Deliver to homes and businesses Use provided navigation and delivery technology Organize and handle packages throughout the day Enter and exit the vehicle frequently Manage your progress and time throughout the route Provide professional customer service Communicate with the operations team when needed Follow company driving and workplace safety procedures This is an active job . You'll spend much of your shift moving, driving, walking, and handling packages.

Previous delivery experience is not required . What we're looking for is someone who takes having a job seriously. That means arriving when scheduled, being ready to work, taking care of company equipment, driving safely, communicating professionally, and putting in a consistent effort throughout the day.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

At least 21 years old Valid driver's license Dependable attendance and punctuality Safe and responsible driving habits Comfortable working independently Ability to remain productive throughout an active shift Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions Ability to safely lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs when required Professional communication with customers and coworkers
