Pay & Schedule Earn $50,000-$55,000 annually Approximately $200 per day Paid training at $15.00 per hour Full-time position Five days per week (one weekend day required) Start time: 8:30 AM Routes average approximately 8 hours Deliver approximately 90 stops per day Home every day Additional hours may be available Benefits 401(k) Paid time off Paid training Stable, year-round employment Home every night Opportunities for growth and advancement Friendly, supportive team environment No CDL required Job Responsibilities Safely operate a company-provided FedEx delivery vehicle Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers Delivery trucks are preloaded each morning, allowing you to focus on your route Follow an assigned route while providing outstanding customer service Load, unload, and organize packages for efficient delivery Complete delivery documentation and daily vehicle inspections Communicate with dispatch as needed Follow all FedEx, DOT, and company safety procedures Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Able to pass a DOT physical Able to pass a Federal DOT drug screen (including marijuana) Able to pass a 10-year criminal background check Able to lift and deliver packages weighing up to 150 pounds using a hand truck or dolly when necessary Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Previous experience is helpful but not required.
