Duties Safely operate commercial trucks to deliver products to residences and businesses. Plan efficient delivery routes using route driving skills to maximize productivity and punctuality. Load and unload merchandise with proper lifting techniques, ensuring safe handling of heavy items. Communicate clearly with clients to confirm deliveries, answer questions, and build lasting customer relationships. Maintain compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and company policies during all driving activities. Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform basic maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues promptly. Organize delivery schedules, keep accurate logs, and complete all necessary paperwork efficiently. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the United States Must pass a 5 -Panel Drug Screening Must have a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position) Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills Experience in commercial truck driving or automobile transportation preferred. Strong knowledge of route driving, traffic laws, and DOT regulations. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination. Ability to lift heavy packages up to 50 lbs safely following proper lifting practices; physical stamina required for extended periods of movement. Proven organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Pay:
$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 40.0 per week
