General Purpose of Job Be a friendly and helpful food delivery driver to support our properties. This person will help deliver fresh baked goods and transport other goods between Woodloch locations through pleasant interactions and excellent service. Must be a great communicator who has a valid driver's license. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Manage multiple orders, delivery locations, and customers at the same timeDeliver orders within an optimal period of timeSafely operate a vehicle in all types of weather conditionsCommunicate clearly with bakery and food service employees, demonstrating an eagerness to work through any issues or points of confusionVerify orders before each delivery.

Deliver other goods as need to various kitchen outletsProvide excellent customer service and build customer loyalty by delivering food in a timely, cordial mannerEnsure orders are delivered accurately and in good conditionCommunicate any issues or delays and resolve problems efficientlyRepresent Woodloch with excellent hospitality and professionalism by driving safely, exercising good judgment, and treating co-workers with respect Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Valid driver's license and clean driving record and pass vehicle road test
• Ability to lift and carry heavy food orders and operate a vehicle for prolonged periods of time, lift 50lb and push 100lb
• Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal communication and conflict resolution
• Mindset for organization and attention to details Preferred skills and qualifications
• Previous delivery or customer service experience in any industry
• Proven track record of succeeding in time-sensitive situations
• Familiarity with the Woodloch properties Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
