Job Overview FedEx Delivery Driver Elite Delivery Corporation is a FedEx Contractor in Hunker , PA. We are looking for experienced drivers to join our Family. Our drivers transport and deliver FedEx Ground Packages thru out the wonderful college town of Indiana and the surrounding areas, while delivering the best customer service. Responsibilities You will be tasked with delivering packages to multiple businesses and residential locations. You will average 100-125 deliveries a day. Safely drive and operate a commercial vehicle in accordance with all applicable state and federal regulations. Follow Department of Transportation (US DOT) guidelines to ensure safe driving. Perform pre-trip inspection and ensure vehicle is in good repair. Communicate regularly with customers to ensure excellent service. Follow routes and time schedule to complete assigned work tasks. Comply with all applicable federal and state laws (including safety regulations) as well as company policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a driver or relevant position is a plus. Basic understanding of driving laws and procedures. Excellent knowledge of handheld scanner Excellent communication and people skills. Must be able to pass background check and drug screening. Driver's license required.
