Job Summary:

The General Laborer at MetalPeak Fabrication will perform a variety of tasks to support production operations in the fabrication department. This includes material handling, part sorting and stacking, cleaning, and maintaining a safe work environment. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

Assist in loading and unloading materials and products. Perform general assembly and fabrication tasks. Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery as needed. Prepare and organize materials for production processes. Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment. Follow all safety regulations and company policies. Support production staff with tasks as assigned. Monitor and report part/material issues.

Education and Experience Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Strong work ethic and reliability. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols. Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

Preferred:

Previous experience in manufacturing, Sheet Metal experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at time.

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
