A typical Profit Center is the heart of our business and consists of a warehouse, counter, sales office, and (sometimes) a showroom. Our PCs conduct business under unique trade names and offer a customized business approach, honoring what's special about each local marketplace. Hajoca Lancaster is one of those trade names and is looking for a Warehouse Teammate/Delivery Driver at their Lancaster, PA location. Do you possess the attention to detail necessary to ensure the accurate fulfillment of customer orders? If so, we'd like you to join our Warehouse team as a Warehouse Teammate/Delivery Driver. About the
Warehouse Role:
You will:- Be responsible for counting, verifying, and receiving incoming vendor shipments and customer return material.
- Stock and maintain the warehouse; and pick, document, and pack customer orders in accordance with Company policy and procedure.
- Act with a high attention to detail to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle all shipping discrepancies per procedures or forward appropriate paperwork to designated employee to handle.
- Identify nonstock, special-order material, and damaged material and store in proper warehouse locations.
- Complete necessary documentation for customer shipments delivered via third-party carrier.
- Load and unload trucks, operate warehouse forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
- Inform immediate supervisor of stock depletions, count discrepancies, or damaged/defective/nonsaleable merchandise that could impact customer service levels.
- Ensure security and controls are in place and upheld to protect Profit Center assets.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety.
