We are dedicated to creating comfortable living environments and fostering community connections for our residents. Overview We are a local property maintenance company looking for a reliable part-time CDL-A driver to support our field crews. Work is local — no overnight trips, no OTR. You'll haul dumpsters, move equipment between job sites, and assist with materials delivery on an as-needed basis. Great fit for a semi-retired driver, someone looking to supplement income, or a CDL holder wanting steady part-time local work. Hours vary week to week based on project needs. We do our best to give advance notice on scheduling. Reliable availability is more important to us than a set number of hours. Duties Drive Class A commercial vehicles to deliver and retrieve dumpsters at job sites Transport equipment, tools, and materials between our shop and active work sites Operate compact site equipment as needed (training provided) Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections per DOT requirements Maintain accurate logs and comply with all HOS regulations Assist field crews with loading, unloading, and staging materials on site Communicate proactively with dispatch/supervisor on scheduling and delivery status Requirements Must have experience loading and unloading heavy equipment Valid CDL-A commercial driver's license — current and in good standing Clean MVR — no major violations in the past 3 years Up-to-date DOT medical card Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen Reliable, punctual, and communicative — our crews depend on timely deliveries Ability to assist with manual loading/unloading (up to 50 lbs) Preferred Experience hauling dumpsters, roll-offs, or flatbed equipment Familiarity with local area roads and job site access challenges Experience operating a skid steer, mini-excavator, or similar equipment - a plus, not required Background in construction, maintenance, or trades — a plus, not required What we offer Competitive hourly pay Local routes only — you're home every night Flexible scheduling with advance notice Potential to pick up additional hours as the team grows Straightforward, no-nonsense work environment We are an equal opportunity employer.
