A Sales Delivery Driver drives a truck or other vehicle over established routes or within an established territory and sells or delivers goods, such as food products, including restaurant take-out items, or pick up or deliver items such as commercial laundry. May also take orders, collect payment, or stock merchandise at point of delivery. Includes newspaper delivery drivers. Excludes gig economy drivers.

You'll report directly to our Mount Joy terminal , where your company delivery van, route technology, equipment, and training are provided. From there, you'll spend your workday independently completing deliveries throughout the surrounding communities before returning to the terminal.

Your personal vehicle isn't used for deliveries. During your scheduled shift, we provide: Company delivery van Route and navigation technology Delivery equipment Paid training Daily operational support No CDL required.
A WORKDAY THAT KEEPS MOVING
This isn't a position where you'll spend ten hours standing in the same place. You'll be on the road, moving throughout the day, managing an assigned route, and completing deliveries to homes and businesses.
Your responsibilities include:
Safely operating a company delivery vehicle Completing an assigned daily route Delivering packages accurately and efficiently Using provided navigation and delivery technology Entering and exiting the vehicle frequently Organizing and handling packages throughout the shift Providing professional customer service Communicating with the operations team when needed Following established driving and workplace safety procedures
WHAT ARE WE REALLY LOOKING FOR?
Someone we can count on. Delivery experience is helpful, but reliability, attitude, and willingness to learn matter just as much.
You must:
Be at least 21 years old and 3 years driving experience Have a valid driver's license Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality Take safety seriously Be comfortable working independently Communicate professionally Work outdoors in changing weather conditions Safely lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs when required

THAT'S OKAY. Some great delivery drivers come from completely different industries. Manufacturing. Warehousing. Restaurants. Retail. Construction. Landscaping. Hospitality. Customer service. If you're accustomed to working hard, managing your time, staying productive, and being accountable for your responsibilities, you already have skills that can translate well into this position. Paid training is provided.
