Truck Driver - AG-Industrial, Inc. | New Holland, PA Full-Time | Day Shift | Local & Regional Hauling AG-Industrial, Inc. is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Truck Driver to join our team in New Holland, PA ! Responsibilities Safely load, transport, and unload agricultural and construction equipment between customers, vendors, and company locations Plan efficient delivery routes and complete deliveries on schedule Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections and perform basic preventative maintenance Maintain accurate driving logs , fuel and toll receipts, and mileage reports in compliance with IFTA and DOT regulations Follow all DOT, state, and local transportation laws , including size, weight, and rest period requirements Communicate professionally with the Service Manager, dispatch, and customers regarding pickups, deliveries, and special instructions Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and in safe working condition Report any vehicle issues, safety concerns, or incidents promptly Assist with additional shop or yard duties as assigned Qualifications Valid CDL (Class A preferred) with a clean driving record Proven commercial driving experience (equipment hauling experience a plus) Working knowledge of DOT regulations , electronic logs, GPS, and fleet communication systems Ability to safely operate various trucks and trailers , including proper loading and securing of equipment Strong attention to detail , work ethic, and ability to work independently Ability to lift, climb, and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions What We Offer At AG-Industrial, Inc., we value our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package , including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off & Holidays Employee Discounts Company-Provided Uniforms Ongoing Training & Career Growth Opportunities About Us AG-Industrial, Inc. is a leading agricultural and construction equipment dealership with multiple locations across the Mid-Atlantic.
