Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Fuel Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting fuel materials across various routes, ensuring timely deliveries to our valued customers. Your expertise in commercial truck driving, adherence to safety regulations, and excellent route management will be key to maintaining our high standards of service. Responsibilities Safely operate tractor-trailers, tankers, and other specialized equipment for fuel and hazardous material delivery Navigate over the road (OTR) driving routes using GPS navigation systems to ensure timely and efficient deliveries Adhere strictly to FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration), DOT (Department of Transportation), hazardous materials regulations, and other safety protocols during all operations Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks, trailers, and cargo to ensure vehicle safety and compliance Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route status, delivery updates, or any issues encountered during transit Qualifications Proven experience in commercial truck driving, delivery driving, or freight transportation with a focus on route driving Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) A or B with endorsements for hazardous materials (Hazmat) and tanker operations Familiarity with tractor-trailers, and tanker trucks is preferred Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT regulations, hazardous materials regulations, and safety standards for truck driving Experience operating manual transmission vehicles is advantageous Ability to handle manual loading/unloading tasks safely and efficiently Proficiency with GPS navigation systems for route planning and real-time adjustments Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record and commitment to safety standards Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Fuel Delivery Driver where your skills will drive success!
