Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to residential and commercial locations across designated routes Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and timeliness Engage with customers courteously, providing friendly service and answering questions about products or services Handle heavy lifting of packages or merchandise, ensuring items are loaded and unloaded securely Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, delivery logs, and route documentation Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and sales goals Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding delivery status or any issues encountered during routes Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or equivalent driving certification with a clean driving record Strong knowledge of route driving, navigation tools, and traffic laws Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Basic math skills for handling pricing calculations and inventory counts Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading and unloading processes Organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries and maintain accurate documentation Prior experience in commercial driving or military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline and reliability Embark on a rewarding career where your driving skills meet exceptional customer service!
