If you're reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable with physical work, we'll provide the vehicle, uniform, and support you need to succeed. About Purple Routes Purple Routes is a FedEx contractor building a dependable, safety-first team. Drivers report to 2291 Sweeney Dr, Clinton, PA 15026 . Pay & Benefits $200/day + $150 bonus after 60-day evaluation $190/day after 30-day evaluation $180/day + $150 bonus first solo week $128/day training pay $1 per stop over 100 stops Health insurance after 60 days for full-time drivers Company vehicle and uniform provided Schedule & Hours Start at 8:30 AM and work until deliveries are complete.
Full-time:
Tuesday-Saturday or Monday-Saturday Part-time:
2-4 days, Wednesday-Saturday Operation runs Monday-Saturday Key Responsibilities Complete about 100 package delivery stops per day Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections Safely operate a large delivery vehicle Scan, load, and deliver packages Use GPS to complete your route accurately Safely handle packages up to 150 lbs. Required Qualifications 21+ with a valid driver's license Delivery driver, courier, non-CDL driving, or strong manual labor experience preferred No CDL required Comfortable learning to operate a large box truck Willing to work outdoors in changing weather Must be willing to submit to an MVR and employer-paid background check Must be willing to submit to an employer-paid drug test and DOT physical Why Join Us?
