Driver's License:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). Candidates must provide a copy of their driver's license during the application process.

AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, staff, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site procedures. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site policy, and help maintain orderly access to restricted or controlled areas. Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff communications; collaborate with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts regarding security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
