$17.00 /Hour Security Experience:
Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of relevant security experience (C115). This experience should be documented and verifiable through previous employment or training.Valid Driver's License:
Applicants must hold a valid driver's license issued in the state where the job is located (C124). A copy of the driver's license must be provided during the application process.Computer or Tablet Proficiency:
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using a computer or tablet (B204). This includes familiarity with basic software applications and the ability to navigate digital platforms effectively.Customer Service Experience:
A background in customer service is required (B219). Candidates should have experience in interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing support in a professional manner.Job Schedule:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate access and entry records in accordance with site procedures. Respond to access-control alarms, unauthorized-entry attempts, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, and the facility perimeter to help identify security-related concerns and help deter unauthorized activity. Communicate professionally with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and responding agencies, completing required reports and documentation for security-related incidents and observations.Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. At least one year of security-related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
